Provided that purchases are returned in an unwashed and resellable state, we accept returns within a period of 14 days after the customer has received the item. After the 14 day period we will accept returns for faulty items only.
For refunds please return but for any exchanges please call (shop number) or email to avoid disappointment. Because we produce only in factory downtime we do not always have stock in all sizes/colours so although we are happy to exchange, this may sometimes result in a delay.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We are not responsible for any items that customers post back to us while in transit.
We will ship online sales orders within 14 days of the transaction, using an unsigned 48 hour service with Royal Mail. Customers will receive a dispatch notification when their orders have been sent. Should any complications arise, the customer will be informed of any delays.
We currently don’t offer International Shipping as standard but can arrange by request. If you would like to place an overseas order please email us.
