Which size should I buy, help with finding the right size?

We recommend that you use our size guides to compare measurements against a similar item you own to find the suitable size.

 

Ordering

How do I place an order with Community Clothing?

Browse our products and place items into your basket. You can then proceed to checkout where you can either check out as a guest or create an account for future orders.

What happens once I have placed my order?

Once your order is completed and your payment has been received by us, we will send a confirmation email to you, advising that your order is being processed. Goods will usually be shipped within 3 working days of confirmation of your order.

Can I cancel or amend an order?

Please contact us immediately at customerservice@communityclothing.co.uk. If the item has not been shipped, we will do our best to assist you.

I’m having problems placing my order – can you help?

How much do you charge for delivery?

For orders to UK addresses, we charge a flat fee of £4.55 for delivery.

What payment methods can I use?

Community Clothing accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and Maestro. We also accept secure payments via PayPal.

How does Community Clothing protect my personal information?

Our website and ecommerce systems use industry standard 128-bit SSL encryption to keep your personal details entirely safe and secure.

Shipping & Returns

Can I track my order online?

Once your order is dispatched, you should receive an email with your tacking reference number and a link to the delivery company’s parcel tracking website. 

Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders are shipped from Community Clothing’s UK warehouse. 

When will I receive my package?

Items are typically shipped within 2-3 days of order confirmation. Delivery usually takes 3-5 days for UK deliveries and 5-10 days for International.

Can I return an item?

You can return unwanted items within 14 days of your purchase. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received them. Please complete the returns form that is enclosed with your order, including whether you would like either a refund or exchange. If you request a refund, please state your reason for return and if you wish to request an exchange, please clearly mark the item, size and colour you are exchanging the item. Is my package insured?

All deliveries are insured against loss, accidental damage and theft while in transit.

Do I have to pay customs / import charges?

No charges are payable on orders delivered to addresses within the EU. Goods shipped outside of the EU may be taxed at standard rates.

 What if I receive my order but the product is damaged?

If your item is damaged in transit, please customerservice@communityclothing.co.uk immediately.

What if I receive the wrong item?

In Although unlikely, if you do receive an incorrect item, please contact customerservicee@communityclothing.co.uk and include your order number and email address.
