Our refund policy

Extended Festive Returns
All orders placed from the 14th November onwards can be returned for a refund or exchange up until Monday 8th January 2024.

Please note, that during busy periods it can take up to 14 days to complete returns and exchanges.

The delivery timeframes as stated in our delivery page are approximate. Products will only be sent to the delivery address provided at the time of ordering.

Import Duty
If you live in a country outside the EU you may be asked to pay import duty on your Community Clothing purchase. Unfortunately, these can vary greatly, and hence we are unable to cover this if so. Please take a look at our Terms and Conditions for further details.

Cancelling Orders
After submitted an order and receiving email confirmation of its receipt, you can still cancel your order providing you have not received an email notifying you it has been dispatched. Please send an email to hello@communityclothing.co.uk , with ‘URGENT CANCELLATION’ in the subject line.

Be sure all relevant details in the cancellation email, including:

Your name.

Products ordered.

Your order number.

Your address and contact telephone number.

If you have already received an email notifying you of the dispatch of your order, you will need to wait until you have received your order, and then return it to us.

Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to return an item for refund or exchange, you are able to do this within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in an unwashed, unworn and resalable condition. Trainers cannot be returned if they have been visibly worn, the box must be returned undamaged.

After the 14 day period, will accept returns for faulty items only.

Please complete the provided returns form and include it in the return package.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs and we are not responsible for any items that customers post back to us, whilst in transit.

We will usually ship online sales orders within 3 days of the transaction.
Customers will receive a dispatch notification when their orders have been sent. Should any complications arise, the customer will be informed of any delays.
If we are delivering to an address outside the European Union you may be liable to pay import duties, and/or additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.

If you prevent delivery of the goods by, (for example) failing to supply the courier or your local customs office with necessary information, or failing to pay local customs, taxes or courier’s administration fees, your package will be returned to Community Clothing. A refund will be credited within 30 days, minus any additional delivery charges incurred for returning the product back to Community Clothing.
