1. Eligibility
• The competition is open to all Community Clothing customers, subscribers and friends.
• There are two categories: one for entrants aged 18 and over, and one for those under 18.
• Entrants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent to enter the competition.
• Employees of Community Clothing and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Requirements
• All entries must be original artwork designed by the entrant.
• The design must be submitted in a digital format, maintaining a ratio of 4:2.3 e.g 400px wide by 230 pixels high and a maximum size of 5MB.
• Entries must be submitted by 11:59 PM (GMT) on 31st October.
• Multiple entries are permitted, but each entry must be submitted separately.
3. Submission Process
• Entries should be submitted via the specified submission form on the Community Clothing website.
• Entries must include the entrant’s full name, age, and contact details.
4. Judging and Winner Selection
• All entries will be judged by a panel of Community Clothing team members.
• The winners will be announced on the first Wednesday following the closing date.
• One winner will be selected from each category (over 18s and under 18s).
• The judging panel’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the decision.
5. Prizes
• Each winner will receive a £50 Community Clothing gift card featuring their design.
• The winning designs will be made available for purchase as downloadable gift cards on the Community Clothing website.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
• By entering the competition, entrants agree to grant Community Clothing a non-exclusive license to use the submitted designs for the purposes of producing and promoting a digital online gift card as well as for use in terms of promotional materials, both online and offline.
• The winning designs may be edited or adapted as necessary for use on the Community Clothing website and other marketing materials.
7. General Conditions
• Community Clothing reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the entry requirements or which are deemed inappropriate or offensive.
• Community Clothing reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Entrants’ personal data will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and in accordance with Community Clothing’s privacy policy.

• Community Clothing is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors that may affect the submission or judging process.
