Every garment that bears our name is made in the UK in exceptional factories. And more than that, a great many of the textiles that they are made from are made here too. In fact, many of the clothes we make, like our t shirts, our jumpers, and our woollen coats, can trace every step, from raw material to finished garment, through a chain of fantastic UK factories.
All of our partner factories have long traditions of excellence in their particular field, many are over a century old, many are multi-generational family businesses. Most of them also make for the some of the world’s best-known designer and luxury brands.
We feel great pride knowing that we work with the best manufacturers, and support thousands of skilled jobs, and we hope you feel some of that pride every time you wear our clothes.
The number of factories we work with is growing all the time. In 2022 the number was 38, located across 31 different towns and cities.
This map shows the locations of the factories we are currently working with. Many of them we have been working with since the launch of Community Clothing, some we are working with now to develop and test products that we hope will be launched in the near future.
