Returns Policy

 

Extended Christmas returns policy

To give your extra time to make purchases over the festive period we have extended our usual time limit for returns. Gifts bought between 01 November and 24 December 2024 can be returned up until 10 January 2025, if it’s unwanted or unsuitable.

Gifts can be exchanged for a credit note in the form of a gift voucher or a refund, please note refunds payments can only be processed through the original method used to make the purchase.

All other terms and conditions apply. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.

Returns Policy

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item or items. Thereafter the goods to be returned must arrive at our warehouse within 14 days of the creation of your return notice.

We cannot accept returns after 14 days.

If for any reason you are unable to process your return via our returns portal, please contact a member of our Customer Service Team who will be able to assist you.

All returns should be made in their original condition, by this we mean.

  • All Items must be in an unworn and unused condition
  • Multi-pack items must all be returned together
  • Goods purchased which qualified for a promotional discount (for example free shipping on orders over a certain threshold, or multi-buy bundles), can be returned in the normal way, however discounts previously applied may be deducted from your refund should the return take your purchase outside of the conditions of the original discount.

How do I process a return?
Please use our returns portal to process your return, please remember to include any paperwork or a copy of your order number in with the return parcel. Failure to do so may result in a delay to processing your refund.

Returns Cost

Customers are responsible for return postage costs and we are unable to take responsibility for any items whilst in transit. Once your parcel has been received at the warehouse we aim to process all refunds within 5 working days, however during busy periods this process may take slightly longer. 

Refund payments

Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used to place the order.

Purchases made with gift cards

If you paid for your order via a e-gift card (either fully or partially) the refund amount will be loaded back onto the same e-gift card. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can they be used to purchase other gift cards.

If you have misplaced or deleted the e-gift card, you can contact our Customer Service Teamto have it resent.

What items can I not return

Footwear
Unless faulty, we are unable to accept any footwear which has been visibly worn. All footwear must be returned with their original box.

Underwear & Socks
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns on underwear & socks if they have been visibly worn or removed from their original packing, unless damaged or faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Gift Cards

We are unable to offer a cash refund on any gift cards purchased

 

Exchanges

Please note we are no longer able to offer exchanges 

Return of Faulty Goods

 If the item you have purchased is faulty please return it to us. 

If the garment is in new and unworn condition we will issue a replacement.

If the garment is worn condition we will repair it and return it to you. 

If it is unrepairable and due to a fault in manufacture we will issue a replacement. 

If the garment shows sign of excessive wear we reserve the right not to issue a replacement on the grounds of manufacturing fault.

This policy follows the terms of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 

Please process the return of your faulty item using our returns portal. Please help us by informing us of the nature of the fault.  

Our policy is always to aim to repair any faulty goods to minimise our environmental impact.
