Returns & Exchange Policy

If you would like to return an item for refund or exchange, you are able to do this within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in an unwashed, unworn and resalable condition (with original packaging, tags and/or labels attached).

How do I request a refund or an exchange?
Please complete and include the return/exchange form that arrived with your order, and include it when returning your parcel to the below address. If you have missplaced your returns form, you can download a copy here.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs and we are unable to take responsibility for any items whilst in transit. We aim to process all refunds within 5 working days, however during busy periods this process may take slightly longer. Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used to place the order.

International Exchanges 
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for international shipments.

What if I paid with a gift card?

If you paid for your order via a e-gift card (either fully or partially) the refund amount will be loaded back onto the same e-gift card. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, nor can they be used to purchase other giftcards.

If you have miss placed or deleted the e-gift card, you can contact our customer service team here to have it resent.

What items can I not return or exchange?*
Unless faulty, footwear cannot be returned if they have been visibly worn. All footwear must be returned with their original box.

Underwear & Socks
We're sorry but unless faulty, underwear & socks cannot be returned if they have been visibly worn or removed from their original packing for obvious hygiene reasons. Your statutory rights are not affected.

*Exceptions can be made for items deemed faulty that cannot be fixed or replaced as per The Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you believe the goods to be faulty please contact customer services.
