If you would like to return an item for refund or exchange, you are able to do this within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in an unwashed, unworn and resalable condition (with original packaging, tags and/or labels attached). Trainers cannot be returned if they have been visibly worn. The trainers must be returned in their original box.
Exceptions can be made for items deemed faulty that cannot be fixed or replaced as per The Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you believe the goods to be faulty please contact customer services.
We aim to process all refunds within 3-5 working days, however during busy periods this process may take slightly longer.
Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used to place the order. If you paid for your order via a e-gift card (either fully or partially) the refund amount will be loaded back onto the same e-gift card, so please keep this safe in your email inbox. If you have miss placed or deleted the e-gift card, you can contact our customer service team here to have it resent.

Underwear & Socks
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on underwear and socks. Your statutory rights are not effected.
