We’ve started our extended Christmas returns period even earlier this year. As of the 1st November, you can order gifts safe in the knowledge you’ve got until the 9th of January to return if something isn’t quite right.
To give the elves the best possible chance of getting your orders to you in time for Christmas Day please place them before 16th with standard shipping or 22nd of December with express shipping.
We aim to ship all orders within 3 working days of the transaction via EVRI. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.

Express orders received before midday will be shipped same day (on a working day) and get to you within two working days.
Unfortunately, we’ve had to temporarily pause shipping to the United States while we work through some updates behind the scenes. We’re reviewing our procedures to make sure all orders comply with updated US customs and tax regulations. We’re working hard to reopen US shipping as soon as possible and will share updates via our website and newsletter.
